YL Ventures is headed by Mr. Yoav Andrew Leitersdorf, Mr. John G. Quigley and Mr. Boaz Misholi, who make all investment decisions and provide portfolio management and administrative services for the fund, including investigating, analyzing, structuring and negotiating potential investments, monitoring the performance of portfolio companies and advising the fund as to disposition opportunities.

The fund benefits from the combined expertise of its principals.  Between us, we have an accumulated expertise in early-stage investing and industry recognition for building and moulding successful high tech start up companies, as well as sourcing, negotiating and exiting venture capital deals.  Mr. Leitersdorf has 15 years of high tech and business development experience, having founded, grown and successfully sold three ventures between 1991 and 2006.  Mr. Quigley has been a principal investor in the private equity and venture capital businesses for over twenty years; he is a founder and one of the two managing partners of Nassau Capital, the independent firm which had been established in 1995 to manage the private investment program of the Princeton University endowment.  Mr. Misholi is co-founder, ex-co-chairman and co-CEO of Comverse Technology (NASDAQ: "CMVT"), a telecom software leader that reached a valuation of €20 billion at its peak.
